I made a reservation and was late, but I was always sitting fast because it was a Monday night. the fast service and the hostess' main server spoke well English. The high burgundy wine and foie gras were excellent. The steak was medium (but maybe we're spoiled with our beef filet at home charcoal). Lamb stock was tasty but a little dry. the service was wonderful we arrived before the bistro was full to crack. . If you're in nizza, you have to go. It is the sweetest bistro I know with wonderful live music, fanatic food, really affordable and just a good experience at all points of view. A small place with a neat offer of Mediterranean cuisine, in a very pleasant jazz atmosphere. Saxo music live, but very polite, which still allows to talk. We'll be back!
