Wendy's - Niagara On The Lake

The mall is inside and has chairs to sit, bright and clean,staff were very nice and prompt. The frosty shakes were very well and they give you a spoon but ask for a straw as you will need it as you can't eat the whole thing fast enough.

Some short dumpy looking lady was working the counter of course didn't have a name tag on. Was looking over menu not sure what to order. When i was ready to order and stepped up to counter she walked away 3 times to chat and laugh with co-workers. Finally she says oh i ordered she put it in cash register gave me price and walked away to talk to co-workers. Nothing important just gossip. I'm like ok. She came back i paid and then walked away again to laugh and gossip about some guy named steven. The person cooking finished my chicken wrap and looked for her and walked over to counter himself and handed it to me saying here you go mam. Another one i am not a mam as i am not much older than you and you should not being calling any women mam as it is an insult to women and he was not wearing gloves hmmm... Than a good 5 minutes she comes back with a half full cup of my small frosty no lid and slams it on the counter than walks over to fryer fills my frys and same thing slams on tray frys fell out all over tray. Never once did she ask if it was to go and she wasn't wearing gloves either. I picked it up to have her say do you want a bag which i did not answer and i walked over to the garbage and threw it out. No gloves, Not good service =gross. Another wendy's i will never go back to. $6.75 wasted

We got our food and brought it to our room ,which at that point everything was wrong .My husband's burger was all made wrong ,my salad was not right and the dressing was wrong .So my suggestion to you if you eat there make sure you check your food before you leave the building.

Located in a small shopping center next to the gas station, this Wendy's store offers good snacks and friendly service.

We have stopped off at this Wendy's location in previous years on the way to Shaw, finding the location just off the QEW most convenient. But, on a recent visit, amazed at the lack of service. No one was at the counter when we arrived; waited, waited, and waited, until someone finally came out from the back. Ordered coffee with our meals, and none had been prepared, so had to wait again while a pot was brewed. Then, after discovering that some of the utensils were missing for one of our meals, had to wait and wait yet again for someone to appear at the counter. Not the least bit impressed.
