McDonald's - Niagara On The Lake

I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown, but instead of the hash brown, they gave me fries. The customer service at this place was not very good.

This McDonald's is exactly what you would expect. The service is efficient, the food is typical McDonald's fare, and everything is up to standard. I do wish they had self-ordering kiosks inside, but considering the limited space, it's understandable why they don't.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to EVER! Staff were rude and took 5 minutes to even get their attention and acknowledge we wanted to order at the counter. After ordering our meals I asked for 2 packs of mayo for our burgers and he wanted a dollar for them so I declined, seriously? After doing so they all chuckled and had a great time between all their staff speaking in Punjab language so I couldn’t understand but it was clear I was being mocked by all the staff. I have never been charged for this anywhere, nevertheless mocked when refusing to give them a dollar. I will never be back. Rude staff, all of them! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The service at this restaurant is good and the staff are very friendly. However, I am always disappointed to be served cold fries. I have to ask for fresh, hot fries every time.
