McDonalds - Niagara On The Lake

I will no longer be visiting this McDonald's. It's unfortunate that it's located next to the outlet, which I frequent, but I have repeatedly given this place a chance and have been disappointed every time. They have never gotten my order right, with mistakes ranging from giving me a burger instead of nuggets to serving a folded meat patty in a poorly wrapped burger. Additionally, I have received fries thrown in the bag that had fallen out of the container, and there are never any napkins included. I strongly dislike this location. The drive-thru is always extremely slow and the service is unfriendly. I suggest not wasting your time here. Before leaving, be sure to check your order carefully.

Spent minutes in the drive through ordering food to bring back to work down the street. Once I got back I noticed that they had forgotten the syrup for my pancakes. When I went back to let them know, the lady barely acknowledged me....Took her minutes to respond to me and when I told her what happened she simply handed me syrup and walked away. I didn't get any sort of apology, no offer to re heat my food. terrible customer service.

After a visit to the Outlet Malls in Niagara-On-The-Lake I decided to place my first mobile order to the nearby McDonalds. I customized a big mac and added the free coffee offered by my mobile app offerings. Since I wasn't really too sure the order...had gone through I proceeded to go into the restaurant for help...and needed some assistance from the friendly cashier who verified the order. There was a bit of a wait since they had to brew a new pot of decaf coffee to complete the order. The burger was received as ordered...extra sauce and pickles...very good. The wait time was , as I said , a little long due to the coffee order but the manager was apologetic and I would rather wait for fresh coffee than have some that had been sitting for a while. The staff were all friendly. I'm actually still not sure if one just parks in a designated mobile order spot and waits for the order or if you have to go inside to pick up.Perhaps I'll try again another time !

We like to stop here for a quick snack and a coffee on the way to Niagara Falls NY. The service is quick and we find that the staff is friendly. The ice cream sundaes and the muffins are usually good too.
