Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

Came here pretty later in the evening and they got us in pretty quick! Our server Ben was very awesome to talk to and get to know! It's a pretty cool atmosphere here, not too loud but not really quiet. Not crazy busy and when it is busy it doesn't seem too full. This is a great place to get a late night meal!

This is by far the worst place I've ever been to for food. We were a group of 8, and we arrived by 9:15. Took 50 minutes to get everybody's food except mine, which was just a crispy shrimp noodle bowl. I had to cancel my order as the group were just about to finish theirs.My partner's food looked like it was made a week before. He couldn't eat it, therefore exchanged for a salad.My friend ordered a burger, which was super hard and dry. As she was super hungry, she forced herself to eat half of it lol. Beer was warm.The waitress never came back to our table to check if we needed or wanted to order anything else.Straight up....DO NOT go to this place. They don't care about the patrons.

Was there on Friday night. Seemed a little understaffed which I understand as I work in a restaurant myself. However, we waited at the door for well over 10 minutes, closer to 15 and had multiple servers walk by us without a single word of greeting or saying someone willBe with us shortly. There was also 5-6 peopleBehind us so a line was clearly visible. After a host finally came by she seemed very uninterested and barely said 2 words to us before taking us to a table in the bar. Server took almost 10 minutes to even say Hello after walking by multiple times. Took our drinks and food order, another 10 minutes for the drinks and I could complain about the over 20 minute wait for a simple loaded fry and Buffalo poutine or whatever it was but that was the least of it. As I said I work in a restaurant myself so I understand being busy but simply greeting a guest and acknowledging them goes a long way in the end. Had it not been for the fact we were seeing a show at the Casino and this was our last resort we would have left much sooner.

We came down to Shoeless Joe’s to start off our trip in Niagara Falls and we had an exceptional time with Lilly, our server. She was extremely friendly and easy to chat with. Our food and drinks came in a timely manner. Overall we had a lovely time and we cannot wait to be back!

Was at Shoeless Joes on my birthday and my server Sam and the rest of the crew were amazing. Sam was very outgoing and informative. As well as very attentive, asked him for multiple napkins and everytime he brought them very quickly. As well as a pack of crayons and no questions asked they were put in front of me. The food service was also very quick. I got my food within 10 minutes of ordering. Though we felt as though we got skimped on the chicken tenders and fries the calamari was excellent. Food tasted great besides the poor chicken tender portions. Food 4/5, Service 5/5, Atmosphere 3/5. Thank you Shoeless Joes !!!
