Pizza Hut - Niagara Falls

The pizza hut location in the lundys lane delivered my pizza faster than usual and the pizza was baked slightly easier than normal. it lost its heat faster than normal because they needed to bake this a little longer to a little more of a...darker golden brown including under the crust, others then that it was excellent.

So I ordered a medium vegetarian pizza to go with ananas. waited 26 minutes while others came to me, ordered and went away. I was the last one waiting. So my pizza comes out of the many. Even I could see that there was no pineapple on it, but the girl that took him out of that many and could cut it into slices could tell her as she asked if the pizza had pineapple. now I opened the box and much to her surprise. no pineapple. how could someone pull the pizza out of it and they don't know? I then noticed on my acknowledgement that there is no mention of pineapple, only vegetarian at a price of $23,99, hmm. So I complained about the wait, but hard lady manager mackenzie? never apologise, just gave me the refund. but when I came back to my hotel room, I order a pizza from the same pizza hat for delivery, $23.99 but hey, the price of $23,99 was for a large vegetarier, no pineapple. how could that be. in the load they accused me of $23.99 for a medium. you think the lady left the ananas from the quitting because she could know that the price was actually for a big one. the girl that said the pizza had pineapple on it, hadn't known? invite me for a big but just to get a medium????????mmmm that was not a typical pizza hut restaurant. only one off without tables

We ordered the special that buy any large pizza at the normal price and up to 3 medium pizzas for $5. order on the app that was easy. it was easy to adapt everything, even to add additional sauce. we sat with 4 pizzas and left us a lot for rest. the pizzas were excellent and topped as we ordered. we also had this deal last year and it was just as pleasant. do not count pizza if you are looking for a great experience.

Order a pizza and 8 wings per phone for pickup by 15 o'clock in the middle of the week. I wanted to pick up in 15 minutes. wings were missing from the order, so had to wait to get someone the attention to get the wings. paid and took the...pizza home. disappointed that the green olives I ordered were green paprika. has green paprika. pizza was good, but the paprika ruined it. I can see if they ran from their feet, but they didn't seem to be. I know it's a challenge in these crazy times, but the accuracy should be given.

Unfriendly staff cashier Josh very rude and disappointing. Never again.. on July 12/2020 not happy and ended up cancelling my order. Don’t understand how a reputable company like this is allowing such terrible customer service. Very disappointed!
