Kfc - Niagara Falls

Went there last night at 9:45pm to order a famous chicken sandwich combo and the lady behind the counter that speaks little to none English told me that they're closing soon (10:30pm) and said it would take to long to make, I said it's only 9:45pm lol, then she offered to make me chicken tendors and i said no and i also told this person that this place has a 1 star rating for a good reason (from the employees) Food: 1

Place has gone to hell. Absolutely no customer service. I waited at the counter for almost 5 mins and no one came to the till to greet me. There was a young couple who were there as well. When they got fed up with waiting for no reason, they left. I followed suit. I even called the store from the parking lot to express my concerns but the lady on the phone couldn't understand what I was trying to tell her. She kept saying that the reason that no one was available to take my order was because they have to cook each order individually. At KFC? Not **** likely. I tried explaining the situation to her multiple times but she could not understand what I was saying. Needless to say, this was a very frustrating experience. This is not my 1st bad experience at this location. It's the 3rd. I gave the other 2 a pass, but 3 times...sorry.

What kind of chicken pieces are these? I don't know, I've studied chicken pieces and these aren't named. Not a drumstick. Not a thigh. Not like the KFC I used to know. When you could recognize each piece of chicken. Then at the drive through I asked for family meal. Usually they would say what options you would like But he's talking to me like he's getting p off. I know, there's a lot of language barrier but doesn't mean you have to be mean about anything talking to somebody, especially when I'm the one paying for the meal. And paying your paycheck. You don't get me started on the big piece of gravy skin. That was left in my gravy. Hate to say folks, but the good old days of KFC have gone and left.

SERVED RAW/EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES Just went here for dinner with my wife and sonorder two Big Crunch combos and a popcorn chicken go bucket. We were told that it would be 7 9 minutes for the sandwicheswe waited approximately that time and I took one bite into my sandwich to notice that the chicken was fully RAWmy wife looked at hers and it was the same. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE, we were so disgusted and upset that we were just focused on getting our money back and getting out of there. The manager actually asked us if we wanted another sandwich after that. Absolutely delusionaldo not eat here, the parking lot is always empty for a reason.
