Arby's - Niagara Falls

At a time of my visit they had only one car drive, anyway it was great. smoked brisket was great. Food: 5/5

The hours posted on the door are incorrect. Went before 7:30 on a Friday and doors were locked, no staff inside. Hours on door indicated open until 8:00.

The cashier didn't know how to listen to the customer while taking the order.

I never do this but this location has earned it, I visited this establishment 2 weeks ago and watched the manager yell and be little the employees, all the customers just watched and shook our heads.Today, it was the same this woman is the only thing that can be heard. All the employees are silent and tou just hear her not yelling but talking to her self how she don't have time for this amd how the employees are worthless. When I walked in 2 people left the line. So I stayed as I was up next now. She was incredibly rude just taking a order. 20 mins it took to get my order as I am waiting and talking to the others waiting all are amazed about the service time and this woman. The line for orders to be taken is now 6 deep, and they just start walking out one after another. While I was there 5 customers walked out.Typically I order from door dash, but for some reason this arbys is not on door dash I can only assume it's because they have been removed from there due to the insane wait times, ect.

Delicious fresh food and fast service in a central location. The restaurant was also very clean.
