Bidra med feedbackFirst time I am here and was immediately taken from attentive service. Bringing friends who had not eaten Vietnamese is always a bliss or regret. Do not worry here. We tried all foods in the regions and loved it. Come again.
I apologize for this late review, Grief I've been looking for a good salt and pepper court for a long time and finally I found the perfect, it was a salt and pepper fish hex that I on Thursday, the 3rd Grief If I usually order a salt and pepper court, it will sometimes a bit too salty or only mud, but at this place was the Salt and Pepper Fish only bang, I wanted the dough to be balanced.
Had the Vermicelli salad with Sugarcane shrimp. Good portion size, the sugarcane shrimp was not too soft, but could use a bit of kitchen paper (to release the excess oil from the roast). The association was a touch that is too salty.
Rice paper is a bright, clean and modern, Vietnamese Newtown restaurant, which offers chandelier and colorful walls. I ordered the crispy skin chicken with tomato rice and coconut shrimp during my visit at the weekend. The tomato rice is delicious and rich. The use of high-quality rice grains is obvious because the tomato rice is fluffy, different and aromatic. It is a pity that many restaurants and cafes are used with low quality grains. The coconut shrimps, however, were mushy and oily and the cook will most likely do the oil from the shrimp before serving the court.
The worst Beef noodle - Pho I have ever tried in my life! The lemongrass pork with vermicelli that I had before was really nice. However, they failed in Pho. The soup was tasteless when It was supposed to be made from beef bone stock & cooked for over 8 hrs. The white noodle was good. Also, Pho is supposed to serve with bean spouts & some vegetable, they don't do it in here. Hope the chef read this & but his soul in Pho!!
