Burger Inc - Newtown (Greater Geelong)

I am extremely dismayed by the experience I had at Burgers Inc. and will not be returning. I am a regular customer because I love their gluten-free buns. However, tonight I ordered a gluten-free burger only to discover when I got home that it was not on a bun, but on two slices of bread. When I called to inquire about this, the staff explained that they had run out of buns and had to substitute bread instead. I expressed my disappointment and requested a different option, but was told they could only make it on a regular bun, not a gluten-free one. When I asked for a refund or a voucher, they refused, claiming it was my fault for ordering the gluten-free burger. I insisted on speaking to the manager, but was told she was too busy and the staff member on the phone was dismissive. I am deeply dissatisfied with Burgers Inc. and will not be returning. I am open to resolving this issue directly with them if they are willing to make things right.

Solid place for some burger and chips. Simple set up with a few spots to sear. Overall good stop for lunch.

When we were in need of a meal, we stumbled upon Burger Inc. From the outside, it may not look like much with a basic counter and a few tables. However, don't let the appearance fool you. The burgers are amazing - fresh, flavorful, with soft buns and moist, non-greasy patties. We also tried a bowl of amazing loaded chips with cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce that was absolutely delicious and had us fighting over the last bits at the bottom of the bowl! I highly recommend Burger Inc. for a quick snack or a hearty meal. It's definitely a step above your usual takeout options.

Great burgers, generous serves and reasonably priced for the size. Great variety of options. Very fresh and quick service. Chips were really good.
