Domino's Pizza - Newtown

The delivery takes an unreasonable amount of time, even though it's just a 10-minute drive. They also fail to communicate with customers when there are issues with their orders.

Once again, my experience was disappointing. Out of three orders, only one was satisfactory. When the food is good, it's great, but when it's not, it's really bad. I've dealt with slow delivery, missing items, food that wasn't prepared as requested, and undercooked pizza. When I called to address these issues, the staff argued with me and ultimately hung up. I'm starting to wonder why I continue to order from here—perhaps it's just their slick marketing. I think it’s time to return to Pizza Pie in Langhorne.

I completely understand the hour and a half wait that the friendly guy mentioned, but he forgot my sauce, and the pies looked like they had been in a car accident! Nevertheless, I still tipped the young man well.

Tried them all. That's the best!

Food is good, but delivery was 1 hour 20 minutes.
