Chipotle Mexican Grill - Newtown

They’ve completely messed up our order the last 3 times now for pick up and delivery. Can’t give any more chances at this point and I tried calling and you can’t get through to anyone.

Is there a conspiracy against Chipotle?! I don’t understand the low ratings, but I never order online. Chipotle is best ordered in person, as was originally intended. I’ve been a customer since the beginning and I don’t have any complaints or issues. Great per usual! The chips were different from what I remember but still good. I’ve stayed away based on reviews…don’t believe everything you read. Experience it for yourself and develop your own opinion.

Worst chipotle by a mile. Dirty, all sorts of food missing, terrible service. The works. No idea why?Interesting that the company responds to all these negative reviews but clearly does nothing about it. Just show up one day and you will see what literally everyone is talking about.

The quesadilla did not even resemble a quesadilla. Regardless, it was awful.The chips were so stale we simply threw them away. One of the two burritos was completely ripped in half, when the package was opened.Chipotle, please close this location!

I ordered online. Both of the meals I ordered were incorrect in some way or another and the rice was also hard. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Warminster is a much better run
