Bidra med feedbackTheir lunch menu is real nice and the place is much quieter at lunch time. I really enjoy all the food I have gotten here. My children love the taziki and hummus, I enjoyed the aubergine dip and the grilled chicken. Not a fan of the falafel here.
The lovely service from the staff and perfectly cooked food really made our dining experience memorable. Everyone in the family agreed that we had a great time.
Good Greek meze in a bright and airy restaurant close to Harpenden station. Not cheap but actually not too expensive either. Good for a relaxed dinner for two.
Unusually for a (usually) London based bloke, circumstances took me out of the big Smoke and off to Sunny (it was that day anyway) Harpenden with two mates. Even more unusually for me we decided to eat Mediterranean, something I only normally contemplate when I 'm actually in the Med. In other words, based on my experience of London restaurants, I 'm not really a big fan. This place really won me over! It 's real Gem, tucked away slightly off the main drag and just far enough away from the High Street not to be too manic. It 's airy, laid back, but without the fast food kinda vibe so common in London restaurants, and very clean. Staff were on the ball and very helpful and patient. My only (little) gripe was the menu was a bit daunting, loads to choose from, but the owner was very helpful and suggested three excellent dishes. The tagline for Bar Azita is 'eat drink share! ' so we did. Food was delicious, really fresh and succulent and no hanging about waiting to be served. All in all a lovely meal will deffo be back again when in town.
Gorgeous spot! The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is great. We celebrated a friends birthday here. Food is reasonably priced and so is the wine list. Must try the fried goats cheese, out of the world!
