Nonantum gem. Love the old school Italian vibe this place has. The lady behind the counter is short and abrasive, the sub shop hasn’t been updated in decades it’s great and super authentic. The subs are huge and fairly priced. Will definitely be back again soon!
Good subs done simple. They have a few other options on the menu such as pasta and salad, but the feature is always gonna be a meal between bread. Despite being inexpensive, they're always fresh and use high quality ingredients. The decor reminded me a lot of a diner, and the place was spotless. Friendly and quick service. Good spot with street parking out front or on the adjacent side street.
Delicious food! Everything is made in-house, which means it might take a little longer since everything is prepared to order. But the wait is definitely worth it. My favorites are the ravioli and meatballs.
The sub shop has been a staple since the 1960s. The original owner always prepared the subs fresh on-site, ensuring they were delicious. The current owners have maintained that same tradition, crafting the subs with the same care. It's a fantastic spot for local fare.
