Chipotle Mexican Grill - Newton

Most simple job, to put the ingredients a person asks for into a burrito or bowl. Got not chicken in my chicken burrito, and no chips or guacamole in my order. Thank you for not getting the main thing on my order correct.

This place is kind of a disaster. They are always out of at least one basic item (ie white rice), never seem to be adequately staffed, and I think maybe one person who works there knows how to roll a burrito.Update: for some reason I am here again. There was no one on line, but no staff member spoke to me for over five minutes. Was told to come back later (rudely) if I wanted white rice. Also the floors around the seating area are super dirty.

The store runs out of most of the food by 8pm. They never have chips. A teenage manager will just yell to the backed up line that they are out of almost everything. I was hoping this was a one time thing but it’s been the past 5 times I have been to this store they haven’t had at least 3 things that I would prefer in my burrito bowl, and again, never have chips.

The chips are always overcooked, and they don't have enough lime salt. Too much rice, too much beans, not enough meat.

My first time and last. It wasn't anything great plus it was slow and the food was cold... service sucked I'm disappointed ?it was like a cafeteria..
