The jewellery area is lovely. Some very friendly staff and the jewellery is good quality. Pick a Pearl is excellent. Unfortunately the cafe was understaffed and VERY slow. The choice of food and the quality wasn't a patch on what it used to be.
Something for everyone. We have been here 3 times now, usually go when the weather isn't the best (a none beach day) in the last 3 years we've been to Cornwall. We usually head to the Pantry and order the full English served on a Shovel. It's a novelty, but we love it. I'm sure we get looks from other customers, but a minute in, they wished they did the same. The service has been fantastic each time and always safe and clean. The food is great quality and plenty on the shovel (or plate, choice is yours). The menu has plenty of choice in food and drink. Pretty sure they would cater for most needs. The Jewelry is stunning to look at, we've bought a few bits and had a piece altered at a very low cost. Again, all the staff are brilliant. Outside there's interesting things to see and do. A few bits have been closed, but this year the museum was open and we had a look around. It's fascinating seeing how things were done. Really worth a quick visit.
Good place to take the kids. Panning for gold is awesome a favourite and free. Restaurant has great food and drink options. Crazy golf is a bit dated but still great fun
Some lovely jewellery pieces and currently have a 40% sale which makes some prices really affordable. Fantastic breakfast here, we had both full English and eggs benedict. The free activity of gold panning was enjoyed by all ages in our group. There is pottery painting and a kind of build a bear here aswell but we didn't visit those.
