Bidra med feedbackI took my boyfriend here for his birthday and I was referred by a friend, so it was my first time dining here. The Atmosphere to me is not very kid friendly. Everyone stared when we walk in. I had my seven year old daughter and my nine month old son. No one else in there had their children with them. The service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to even come ask us what we wanted to drink. After we gave him our drink choice, he just left. Never asked us if we wanted an appetizer or if he could offer any help with the menu being that that was our first time there. He seemed annoyed if we ask him any question. We also had to get his attention to get a refill to get a refill on our breadsticks to order appetizer to order our food. It’s like he never came to check on us, but he checked on all his other tables. We were also the only Black people in there so I feel like that is a part of a horrible service as well. Everyone else was treated nicely and friendly and we were not. I was so upset that I lost my appetite and did not finish my lasagna I spoke with Manager afterwards and she claimed she never received any complaints, but I go out to eat all the time and I good service and I know I should be treated at a restaurant. I never leave reviews on restaurants website so for me to leave a review it had to be bad. I will never ever come back here. Manager told me to come back and just reserve a table and request her, but I still refuse to come back. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!
The food is incredible, as well as the service. This is the best italian food I've had in this area. In my opinion, it's definitely more of a family dinner vibe. Not to say that the interior lacks polish, but the floor-space to table ratio isn't the best for a romantic dinner date. For my wife and I, this was not an issue, but I feel it's worth noting.
I love this place. The food is wonderful, as is the atmosphere with cloth table cloth napkins feels special. Dietary restrictions: Went with my Red Hat ? chapter. We go here several times a year. We have several ladies who have dietary issues The staff is very willing to do their best and will go the extra mile to meet our needs! Kid-friendliness: I took my 10 year old grandson, and they were great with him. I did talk to him to let him know how he should behave and his very polite. He was impressed with the napkins and table clothes and the quietness of it. I would suggest that unless your children can be respectful to not take them, it's a place where people go for a special occasion, especially in the evening. Most people make reservations for dinner.
This was really amazing. The only thing I would have liked the noodles home made from scratch but the seafood was cooked to perfection very good. Kids really enjoyed the alfredo.
We won't be coming back here. Veal tough as over cooked pork. Prosciutto so thick and tough ughhh. Canned or jarred red peppers and Ezra's Alfredo was margarine and butter no cream at at all. He ate it but he was hungry. Olive Garden would have been a better choice. First time for everything. Service suck. I am first generation American born mom from Northern Italy and my dad Sicily and yes I do not have family time with both sides at the same time. If your from Sicily or Italy you know why.
