Bidra med feedbackExcellent service at a very steep price. it is suggested that the chicks tap the sprinkler separately, but our little party felt that with a tab of over $400 a single 20% was more than sufficient and that the staff could share the tip as they saw fit. the ambiente and the intention are not visible. our main complaints are that for the price the tables should not be packed so tightly. chairs could not be withdrawn without having to the neighboring tables inconvenient parasols. there was also an exhaust vent from the neighboring restaurant, the smokewafting sent to our opposite and that fat odour was abused. would I go back? Maybe, but I recommend a quieter, more isolated table away from the outside world. they will have more room, how beautiful a view and the foul smells from the adjoining kitchen ventilation will not put a damper on their experience.
Eating was okay, not great. cold crab salad was a nice beginning, but the main course was moderate. I got the steak and it was over spiced with pfeffer and then in a dark sauce that was essentially bright bbq. I would use this same technique for cooking cheap steak I bought on sale. it was also cut into fourth and left off from moisture. Overall, eating did not satisfy me, and we paid essentially for the view.
The restaurant is like no other. beautiful view in a romantic environment. the food was well prepared and the service was attentive. I highly recommend it and look forward to a new visit.
Wait staff are terrible, seems to not have been properly trained. Food is terribly mediocre. a big disappointment.
For all the hype online about the fine dining and appropriate dress code this place was a 1980's throwback with old laura ashley curtains and throw pillows. The room decor is TIRED. I felt bad for the very professional wait staff who had to go along with the charade that this was an upscale environment. The food was good at best and not worth the price. Total tourist trap
