Bad experience. These workers should not be working in the public.
It's nice and clean customer service was outstanding and the the prices were reasonable
Robin, one of the “managers” was VERY rude!! Another customer and I were waiting to order, Robin and another worker had noticed the other customer and I but never greeted or even bothered to see what she or I needed! I had to loudly ask if there was anyone that was able to help us and take our order. I figured that we would get some help but instead we were told we are supposed to use the kiosk! I have never used the kiosk as I had always gone thru the drive thru with PLENTY of bad results on that as well! I haven’t been to this location in over a yr because of the last round of problems at the location! I left that location today and went across the street to Burger King. I will not bring my wife nor 3 grown adult children nor my 9 grandchildren to your Golden Arches anymore! You NEVER make it right! Consumers are constantly robbed of their hard earned because of the lack of awareness while preparing the orders and items are forgotten or complete wrong orders being handed out!I for one am tired of seeing this happen to me, my family and my friends and and their friends.I will be ranting on Facebook, and all other social media including my blogs, blogs, and domains I own! Ya should have done better and fixed the issues!!!!
Iv been here a handful of times and I swear everytime I go the experience gets worse and worse. Every single time I go without fail I have to pull to the side, yes, even with no one in the line already and takes 10-15 min for 2 burgers and fries. On top of that my large fries get filled half way every single time. If I’m paying for a large fry do not fill the fries to be a small.
