Kelly's is always fun. I had the Fish and Chips with coleslaw. The fish and the chips were fresh, hot, and tasty. No oil mess. Must have been served within less than a minute of being taken out of the fryer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dropped in right before going to a wedding for a drink. Place was clean, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
