Gourmet Chili - Newport

First time here and wasn’t disappointed. In town on business and this dive was recommended by the hotel staff where I was staying in Newport, KY. Fantastic Gyro; reasonable pricing, clean and the best part was the beautiful server. A dark haired beauty. Captivating eyes, bright smile and suuuuuweeeeet. Hidden little gem in Newport, KY! Came in late on a Monday night. Only ones in the restaurant. We were greeted instantly and invited to sit down to be waited on. The service was quick, fast and efficient! The food was great and also very cheap! We will definitely be back. This restaurant is cash only, but they do have an ATM inside for convenience.

It is a family tradition of my fiance's family to go here for breakfast at literally every opportunity, and we have more than upheld it. Great food, outrageously good prices, and wonderful staff. EDIT: They make the BEST gyros around. If you go here for anything, get the gyros

The people were very friendly. And the facities were clean.The food wasn't particularly special but it was made well and served hot and fresh which is more than I can say for some higher priced eateries.My wife and I left quite certain that we got good value for the price we paid.

I love this place. It's been here for years. I have some very good memories with Gourmet going from my childhood to mine and my husband's first date. It's a regular spot of ours.
