Usually love this place but very bad experience this time. When we were seated we immediately noticed table was broken, the top was loose. Asked to be moved to a table as I pointed out the table was broken. Hostess said that they knew it was that way. So why did we get seated there? We were moved to a new table. Sat there for over 5 minutes before someone came to table. Waitress obviously did not want to be there. Ordered drinks. Was told bread would be right there. Drinks took awhile for them to come and no bread Ordered our entree and a salad. Entree came out quickly but no salad. It came after we started eating so food would not be cold. Oh and she brought the wrong dressing with it. I suspect after pointing this out she just took the first salad she saw. Rarely saw her after that. When we paid she took credit card and bill went to station but just put it down and went and got someone else’s food. Never ever leave a card just sitting out. All in all you could tell the waitress did not know what she was doing. We did watch the waitress that was working near us and she definitely had her act together and knew her job. Oh and while we were sitting at our table the hostess was trying to fix the bad table with a screwdriver. She must have, I hope, as they seated a coup,e there. Not sure we will be back for a while.

We had 8 people in our party on a busy Saturday night. We had a 50/50 experience. Had to send one plate back Chicken Milanese, it was tough and all muscle. The two dishes of gnocchi were doughy and mushy. The Gorgonzola Campenelli was dry, the sauce was forgotten. Luckily the majority of us got water to drink as not a single drink was replenished. We usually love this restaurant but was completely sub par this night.

The restaurant was not crowded yet the Service was extremely slow. Our waiter was nice but it took a very long time for our food and drinks to be brought to our table. We had to ask the hostess to find our waiter so we could ask about the status of our food order. When our food finally arrived, they only brought out 5/6 dishes. The food was cold. When the 6th plate arrived, it was under cooked and had to be sent back. The replacement dish was also under cooked.

Nobody in my party ordered Italian food for our lunch, so we may have missed the boat. The salad looked good- nice presentation. The steak looked Omer as ordered. My seafood risotto was dry and had the smaller bay scallops in it. The service was top notch

Overall was very underwhelmed with the experience we had. I can understand a busy weekend night and or being understaffed but waiting near 20 minutes for drinks from the bar, that was a bit shocking to start, after ordering salads which we had no complaint with we ordered our entrées, I was very excited to try the Pasta Brio since it was a signature dish. When it was served I received a fair amount of chicken but legitimately less than 20 noodles in a bowl with pasta sauce and not much else. I would have left more full ordering a child sized pizza, which my 7.5 year old ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. I 'm genuinely like a mother who goes I 'm not upset.. I 'm just really really disappointed. Overall it was just a sad experience and we most likely will not be returning. It was just not worth the money for what the experience brought.
