Pizza Hut Newport

Unreadable menus as the ink had ran out, no lasagne, very limited flavours on bottomless drinks, no pineapple and on the kids menu no fries, no corn on the cob and ran out of raspberry sauce. I’ve cream station a mess. Had to order on the app and 20 minutes later had to ask for our glasses. Restaurant half full, staff just shrugged their shoulders and no checking to see how our food was. Very expensive for what it was, will not return.

Worst pizza I’ve had, no flavour at all. Had a bbq Americano couldn’t even taste the bbq. Salad was dry and coleslaw tasted like water, daughter wouldn’t even eat her pizza and she loves pizza. Very disappointed would never come back and a waste of money! Had to pay online before the food was brought out too which is a disappointment as I wouldn’t of payed for the food served to me today.

I attended with my family, 5 of us in total. We all took the lunchtime buffet option after seeing adverts for it and believing it was Pizza Huts main promotion during lunch. The pizza station had, at most, 2 pizza options at a time. There was a queue around the pizza station with many upset customers. There was no pasta available during the visit. When I asked for some I was told be grateful you 've got pizza . The lack of food available resulting in large groups of people and I believe pizza hut were not managing the covid risks well as a result. I spoke to the manager who said he was sorry but that it was a franchise and what could he do. I informed Pizza Hut but they didn 't care. I 've given 1 star because I couldn 't give 0. Dreadful and avoid at all costs in my opinion. We all ate out a few days later at another Italian chain. Food quality and service was so much bigger.

Went here today. I couldn’t believe how bad it was. There was only one waiter serving and waited longer than expected for food which it wasn’t his fault as he had to serve everyone else. I got a refill drink and didn’t even get another as the waiter was so busy! The salad pot was disgusting it looked as if it was on the side for hours as it was soggy and brown! Also our food came at all different times when ordered all together, I felt so sorry for the waiter! Absolute waste of time!

Well...overpriced food certainly not the quality you pay for. The best thing about coming here was the atmosphere to see a few friends. We sent back 3 Pepsis which were flat did not have any ice in. The salad did not taste fresh. we had the 2/3 pizza share which the pizza infact looked like an individual domino's pizza. The nuggets and sides were poorly executed and burt. Will certainly not be coming back here. Do not go for overpriced poor quality food. £20 we spent and definitely wont be coming back.
