Yogen Fruz - Newmarket

Came here close to closing (my bad) but the person working was extremely rude, unprofessional, and gave us half the serving size (even though we ordered a large). It only filled up half the cup. There was one fresh strawberry cut up.

We really wanted a cold sweet treat and so we put frozen yogurt in the GPS and this is where it brought us. Located in upper Canada mall, this place is okay. There are lots of options. We got key lime, chocolate and strawberry cheesecake. It was a little more tart than we hoped but they were accommodating with substitutions and it was nice to walk around the mall and enjoy a froyo

I always order non-fat, no sugar yogurts and they still taste so ridiculously delicious that it makes me wonder whether they secretly mix in some fat and sugar.

I had an all right experience here with their Presotea menu. I went for the advertised Passionfruit Green Tea with Coconut Jelly and Pearl- it was more expensive than competitors' options, but I was hoping the pictured passionfruit chunks would make up for it. It turns out that despite the advertised picture containing more passionfruit chunks than pearls and jelly combined, I ended up getting no fruit at all. They use flavored syrup, and added enough that it blocked out the taste of the green tea itself. Other than that, service was good, comparable to others in terms of speed and interaction.

Very slow unprofessional.Sunday at 3pm Ordered wafle- was told 10min wait. Asked staff 15min later was told i needed to wait another 10 min or more or get refund. As orders before me were put aside as people left due to long wait didn't come for them.only 3 people working and only the girl giving ice cream was fast.Tottal wait time 40min????
