Tweedy's - Newmarket

Family business. Super polite and funny. I order often I do not know how they do it! Amazing taste, tons of meat legendary in Newmarket. Their patties are a staple in my freezer my teenage kids LOVE them! Chicken Roti is our Fav. Keep up the great work!

Picked up one dozen beef patties today, as well as curry chicken and jerk chicken roti. Their patties were fresh out of the oven. They were fluffy with a little crispness on the outside and the beef was super flavorful on the inside. The curry chicken and the jerk chicken roti were full of wonderful flavors. Our family totally enjoyed everything. We are new to York region so this were our first time taking out from Tweedy's. It definitely won't be our last. Great food. Friendly staff. Support small businesses.

The jerk patty was quite tasty however the spicy beef was less than satisfying as the flavour seemed off. Both style of patties seriously need more content, there is barely anything in them. Probably won't go back and will find another place. Not sure they're even Jamaican? Lots of curry at this place too.

I'm really unhappy with the quantity of the food served. We ordered jerk chicken large and the quantity of jerk chicken in it was very less than what you get from any other place. The chicken was spread just on the surface making it look large, but it was all rice underneath it. Might be a mistake from who ever packet it. The beef Patty was good but nothing extra ordinary.

The place was nice and clean full marks for the restroom . The Patties were very good but the Roti was nice but we found it needed more curry and was dry. We also ordered curry chicken and that also was dry needing more sauce and taste. Was not what I am used to when it comes to this type of food
