The Italian Gourmet - Newmarket

Small place simple and clean. Admittedly it was only scrambled eggs which were very good but my companions had pasta that looked and tasted delicious. My only complaint would be the selection of wine (white) they could do better.Definitely going for dinner. Keep up the good work!

We have been to The Italian Gourmet both for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed dinner, though we were surprised that it was primarily pasta, you pick your pasta, your sauce. Breakfast was just as good, great options for low carb diets and yet still filling.

We are driving by this restaurant every day and we have always wonder about it since they opened. Well, today we went in for lunch. It was nice surprise to see this place from inside - it is tastefully and modern decorated and quiet. Food is mostly pasta dishes, but with lots of choices and varieties. Sauces were very high quality and very tasty. I think, they could add some meat dishes to their menu and some delicious individual pizzas. I would recommend it to my friends for casual but pleasant meal.

My wife and I have driven past this place numerous times. Its not much to look at from the outside. We decided to stop in for breakfast. The waitress was wonderful and our breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. Try it. They also serve lunch and supper.

Not a fancy place but pasta are amazing , homemade with many choices of sauces. Super choice of bruschetta , fresh salads and amazing friendly service. Will go back for sure !!
