Starbucks - Newmarket

Ordered a Reserve pour over and had an informative session with Parker where I learned the steps on making a fresh coffee.

I always order my drink with no ice. It's usually pretty watered down but today they just gave me a half full cup instead? Apparently that's their policy now for no ice. Super disappointing. I paid $7.30 for a half full cup.

I ordered Americano but it was very hot, I burned my tung.

Always a great experience. The location is very busy but always well staffed. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I pick up my coffee grounds for the compost pile as the location is committed to being as green as possible. And the coffee is always ready quickly and is very tasty.

Nobody seems to care that customers are standing and waiting to place their orders, they are busy with their own stuff. When you say excuse me, can I place my order they reply oh, just give us a second. Wow, at least say, hey good morning we saw you, sorry, give us a second and we will be with you.Baristas are amazing though!
