Mcdonald's - Newmarket

After-hours this place transforms into a burgers worst nightmare. When they say nothing good happens at 3am, I didn’t think burgers!?

Urgency is a huge issue here. I try to stay away from this location, but it’s at the end of my neighborhood so I decided to try it again on my way to work. There was no line in the drive thru due to me being on my way to work at 6am on a Saturday. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the window for me to pay and receive a simple coffee and muffin. I don’t write reviews for places because everyone has an off day, but this hasn’t been the first occasion that this has happened. It frustrates me more when I can see them strolling around through the window. These reviews probably don’t mean much to staff that are only making minimum wage, which I can’t blame them for, but to customers just go to a different location near by. I’ll save you the trouble.

I tried my first Spicy Buffalo Chicken Poutine here at McDonald's and it was mind blowing. The flavors, textures, aromatics, and umami was top notch. 10/10 Gordon ramsay approved. ?

They drugged my food, the burger tasted like feet and looked expired. They got the whole order wrong, and barely spoke English.

Always pushing customers to wait for their food in parking spots, in-store is always a long wait for service (even without a lineup).Hire more staff.
