Gepetto's Pizza - Newmarket

I ordered a pizza from them through door dash. Door dash never showed up, so I tried to go to Gepetto's and pick it up. Three women were behind the counter, and had were handing out the wrong orders to people trying to pick up their dinners. Standing there chatting like customers were bothering them. They had one family there dining not a busy place. They hadn't even put the order in they said because they only start to make the pizza when door dash arrives. They never apologized, and just made snide remarks about door dash, and said to have a good night, like it was super funny. Really rude and clueless customer service. Let me just say. Don't. Two years ago we ordered some gros for the delivery. They came on time, but no sauce. Call and you'd think they'd just bring new ones. No. I picked them up and spilled them out. What the... So now to the present. A Gyro dinner and a Gyro Sub ordered. I wanted to pick up. You just heard dinner. Okay, mistakes happen. The part ordered, paid for both. BUT there was no sense of urgency, only the order in the Q and after 10 minutes We asked for our back. Called Pizza Spinner in Lee, and you were not just right, it was very good. We know where we're going to Gyros right now.

Order $100 value of subs, chicken and pizza, sad to say that the whole chicken was burned. The salad that should come with the chicken finger plate was missing. For whatever reason, they made the pizza before one of the cold subs, so we eat cold pizza until we got everything. This place is really short when it's even busy. I wouldn't recommend finding somewhere else.

Management is very rude to deliver ordered chicken parm subs, lasted an hour when we were only 10 minutes away. The food was cold when it was delivered. When we opened the bottoms, there was no sauce or cheese on them. Asked for mushrooms on one and on the shell there was no mushroom marked. Asked for paprika and onions on another and there were only a few paprika along the bottom of the subroll. When we called them about the problems, the owner claimed he was very busy and he is the only place open. He claims they ran out of mushrooms and so it was written on the sub-wrapper. When we asked what he would do to fix it, he said that they were too busy and that he would make new subs, but will deliver 45mins to an hour and that we better tap his driver again so that he would deliver us back. We said we wanted our money back and he refused. He also told us he would never deliver us again. We said we'd bring him back so he could see the screw. When we came there, his whole attitude changed and he gave us back. Worst experience we had in this area. Will never order from there again.
