Papillon Pizza - Newham

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Our experience with this restaurant was a complete nightmare. We placed a £100 order and never received our food. Despite numerous attempts to contact the manager, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior, including being told to stop complaining. It seems we are not the only ones who have been scammed by this establishment. It is shocking that they are still in business despite their dishonest practices. Stay away from this place if you value your money and sanity.

They sent me the wrong food and were extremely rude when I called to address the issue. They refused to refund me and then abruptly hung up. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

I have been charged £35 for a pizza that came wrong (I orded specifically deep pan and it was not deep pan) I called to complain and the person who answered the phone was so rude. I got so upset that did not eat the pizza !! Still can not believe it !

Very friendly and caring staff. Casual visits for really good pizza and kebab make me feel like visiting my friends house for dinner, owner call me by my name and make all food experience unique and special. On top of great food quality and friendly service prices are catered for working class people :

The pizzas at this restaurant are delicious, but slightly more expensive than other halal eateries. However, the doner kebab is reasonably priced and tasty. The doner meat is of high quality, the salad is fresh, and the garlic sauce is tasty. The daily meal deals offer good value for money. They also offer delivery services.
