Smokin Hot 'n Saucy Barbecue

Got to taste the food from these guys at meatstock, grabbed a brisket burger on the way into the show, that was so good myself and friends went back for lunch grabbed “ the lot “ I think it was called. an extra Texas plate. 11/10 delicious and filling. Considering the 230km drive to eat the food again some time. #roadtripping

If they serve BBQ in heaven then this is where they get it from. Best bbq in town and probably the country. Beef rib and brisket will not disappoint

We finally got to try the ribs and weren't disappointed. Very delicious Would definitely recommend and go again to try the brisket.

Tried the pork, beef brisket, apple slaw, mac n cheese and lemonade Everything was sensational, however the Mac n cheese was lacking something, it was flavourless and watery. Needs work. However the rest was sensational. Also, the area needs a little music, the vibe is a bit lack lustre but has heaps of potential. Love your work.
