The Edwards - NEWCASTLE WEST

We came with our daughter and her partner for our first visit to the 'The Edwards on a Sunday night. The booking was a late decision so we came for the late siting. This turned out to be a good situation the restaurant became...more quiet during our stay and so conversations were easier. Yes our meals took some time to arrive, we expected this as the kitchen was very busy. It did not concern us at all, but it did the management, as a representative came to our table and apologised for the delay in the arrival of our meals. The food was generous and excellent and the service was efficient. Our night out was excellent!

An absolute highlight of our weekend in Newcastle. Our dinner was truly fabulous. It’s rare to enjoy every single serve particularly when you have a mix of small and large plates plus dessert. But the meal was faultless and such a joy and the staff...were polite and helpful. Nice work all round. Thank you.

We had a family trip away to Newcastle and after googling Newcastle eats we came across The Edwards. All the staff were friendly and on their game, nothing was too much for them. The food was fresh tasty with good size portions. The cafe was...modern with a nice vibe, I highly recommend it. Great experience

The most friendly staff I have ever looked after. extremely professional, but much fun and nothing was a problem and they made them feel welcome. not many places in newcastle do that. I will always recommend visiting them here. eat, drink, drink and be happy. it is honest and really the most beautiful place to eat and drink in this city, second to none and the best! the prices can always be something like that other and I just mean easy, they don't notice it. make one please and go there for eating, for drinks, for the music (remember that they have shazam or equivalent), for entertainment and especially for the personal.

If you have not tried this place then you are missing out. We had the feast meal and the food was 5 star. The flavors are to die for and great way to experience what the place has to offer. The service was also great...and really cool atmosphere
