Domino's Pizza - NEWCASTLE WEST

I ordered online and went to the restaurant to pick up my food. The process was easy as I could easily see my name and order on the screen when it was ready. The pizza was delicious and the portion size was perfect for me. The location was convenient and not too far from where I was staying. Overall, a great experience.

I ordered a pizza for delivery online, but when it arrived, I realized there was no pineapple on it as there should have been. I called the restaurant hoping to get the correct pizza. The person I spoke to, a young man named Dylan I believe, accused me of lying and insisted that the pineapple was on the pizza. He made me dig around the pizza to prove it wasn't there. He continued to be rude and accusatory, even after I expressed my disappointment in his tone. Eventually, he admitted that my pizza may have been switched with a vegan cheese pizza at the cutting station. He offered to send a replacement, but it would take 40-45 minutes. I was surprised at the lack of urgency in resolving the mistake. The other workers I interacted with were pleasant, especially the girl who delivered the replacement pizza. Overall, the way this situation was handled was disappointing and rude, especially considering it was a simple issue of a missing ingredient on a pizza.

Sure, it may just be fast food pizza, but the order we got from Domino's in Lambton (Newcastle) was outstanding. It was 2 o'clock, so they weren't busy, but it was the freshest and best cooked pizza we have ever gotten from Domino's. Well done!

Ordered online and was estimated 1 hour as it was a busy night. finally arrived over 2 and half an hour later. no apologies from the personal in charge and rude staff.

This branch recently moved to a corner position in the Woolworths Mall in the Belmont CBD. Following a 45 minute wait at a rival Pizza franchise, I started visiting Belmont Domino's. We eat pizza about once per week and this store is very impressive. I...ring for a pickup and immediately drive to the shop which is about 2.5 kms away. Almost every occasion it is ready for pickup when I arrive. On a few occasions I have waited only 3 or 4 minutes. Clearly the Asian owner/ boss has a remarkably reliable team and a sound record for prompt service.
