Cafe Heart - NEWCASTLE WEST

The breakfast plates at this restaurant are extremely generous! It was a great spot to meet up with friends for brunch during my visit to Newcastle. The asparagus and haloumi combination was unique and delicious, and we all cleaned our plates because it was so tasty.

Best service, only pub I know who do table service which is rare to see at other pubs. Never had bad mea hands down best Espresso Martini

We chose the Happy Wombat as it had good reviews. It did not disappoint! Our party of 4 all ordered something different and each of us really enjoyed our meals. Loved the salads generous serves too. Loved that you could order grilled halloumi as an extra very generous serve of that too. Service was friendly and the meals arrived in good time. Would happily eat there again and again just to work my way through the menu

Really enjoyed my meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly. Atmosphere was quiet during lunch. I had the beef burger and chips while my mate had the chorizo pizza.

Ordered the honey baked brie, crispy pork belly and the special which was pumpkin and spinach fettuccine. Food was delightfully delicious. On top of that the hospitality from the staff was above and beyond the call of the duty. Staff were friendly and accommodating to my family, even making my daughter a mocktail to match mine. Highly recommend.
