Mallard - Newcastle west

I had planned to go to Dan Cronin's Bar specifically for their award-winning seafood chowder and brown bread, but I was disappointed to discover that they were not serving food during my visit.

The Mallard is now closed as the owners have decided to withdraw.

I'm visiting from the USA and was thoroughly impressed by this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very enthusiastic. I would highly recommend it!

Great little search for Cliffs. Old restaurant with limited menu, but delicious selection. Lunch. Everything in our group of 4 thoughts food was great. exceeded our expectations. It's hot and fresh. Would highly recommend.
