The Chillingham - Newcastle upon Tyne

I sat in the sports bar to enjoy watching the Brighton versus Manchester United game. There were plenty of TV screens with the commentary at a perfect volume. I had a delicious crispy homemade pizza and cod and chips. There was a great selection of beers to choose from. The mix of friendly locals, some playing board games, created a welcoming atmosphere. In the adjoining separate bar, there was a guy playing the guitar, adding to the relaxed ambiance. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. I wish this restaurant was in my neighborhood.

Came here with my friend and we shared a pepperoni pizza and we were in agreement that it was the best pizza in the heaton area by far! 10/10 will be back

The Chilli is our local pub and we love visiting on regular basis. The selection and quality of the beer is excellent and food is always lovely and fresh. The pub is so comfortable, spanking clean and well managed and the staff and service excellent. Always a warm welcome and always look forward to our return visit many thanks x

Popped in for a quick bite to eat with my mother and my two year old. It was the first time we've ever visited here and came across it by chance and everything was great. The bar staff were really friendly and polite. The place was super clean and the food was nice. I would definately visit this place again if I was in the area.

The interior of this bar is really lovely but cheeky rude staff. The manager sat on his backside all evening and the bar staff just plodded thru the evening with no manners or even a smile. Take a leaf out of the Hussars book....friendly and welcoming and nothing to much trouble.
