Taco Bell - Newcastle upon Tyne

Food was OK. However the restaurant itself made me nervous to actually eat, it was filthy. Tables covered with left over spills and food, floors covered, drinks dispenser grimey and sticky. Where u get your sauces and straws smelt like wetherspoons toilets. It wasn't busy, there was really no excuse for it to be as dirty as it was, actually considered contacting council about the grime and filth. Hope it can be put right before anything like that actually happens. I really don't like to leave negative but if this helps sort it. It needs to be deep cleaned.

Ordered for three one of which vegetarian, the tacos that were vegetarian was in the same box as meat which i found unsanitary and sickening, small portions waste of money . food tasted ok but was not hygienic and compared to other fast food i felt this was unsatisfactory.

Tasteless and bland .. the food was also terrible. Staff were rude and clearly hated being there, asked for salt and she said they don’t do salt, no salt in a restaurant??? The way she looked at me as if I asked for her mums phone number !! Food cold and I thought my tongue was paralysed as I couldn’t taste anything, season the food for god sake !!

I've been to this taco bell a few times as I love the food. However, the large miserable lady at the counter is rude and looks like she wants to kill me, the first time I went in I was assuming she was having a bad day, the next I was assured this is just her awful personality. I kept going back because, I really do love the food. But when i went this time the food was terrible too, my quesadilla was barely warm and none of the cheese was melted, the nacho cheese sauce I paid for separately had barely enough to dip 5 fries in. To top it all off every single table was disgusting. So I wont be returning, unless the lady with no social skills is no longer at the front and the staff learn how to make food warm. Some hygiene would be nice too.

Visited the store and it just seems a lot more functional. Was informed they are under a complete new management team and you can tell, didn’t wait long for my food at all
