Marks Spencer Cafe

When in town we called in for a HOT drink. Very disappointing to find the oat milk latte was barely warm the tea was barely palatable. Pretty poor set up in Newcastle really.

Nice to be in place like this i hope they continue with it, good atmosphere and light hearted view..

My daughter and I went to have our usual poached egg on toast and our coffee at Cribbs Causeway Bristol ...we share it as 2 pieces of toast and 2 eggs and as a treat we shared some cake aswell so spent £15 .... Week before done the same at Longwell Green branch and had 2 pieces of toast 2 eggs and was lovely as always...HOWEVER today we had 2 eggs plonked on a plate in between 1 yes 1 piece of toast cut in half !! When I queried this the young girl said yes that's correct one piece of toast that's what it says in the book ??? Do you want to see it??? I declined but did explain we had 2 pieces of toast at their other branch she said well they obviously done it wrong...absolutly not I think they done it correctly £5 for 1 piece of sourdough toast and 2 eggs absolutely extortionate...won't be bothering anymore look out Costa here we come !

Ok so went in to shop for some shirts and Jeans. Pretty poor selection. Wife then suggests cafe for a coffee. Absolute shambles only one lane open, waited in que 20 mins. Asked for Manager, was informed he was not in, wonder why? Overall will not be back in this shop it is dire.

Ended up in a massive queue. Bought expensive hot drinks only to find no sweetener. When asked if they had any just told no and not offered a refund What kind of cafe has no sweetener when people are trying to cut out sugar. Didn't enjoy my hot beverage
