Greggs - Newcastle upon Tyne

I have visited many Greggs locations, and I must say that the staff at this one is fantastic. Despite long queues, the ladies work quickly and efficiently to serve customers. The customer service provided by this lovely group of girls is top-notch. Keep up the great work, ladies!

I just want to give a big shoutout to the Greggs team, particularly Wendy, for helping me locate my 8-year-old son's backpack that he left in the store after his train was cancelled in Newcastle. They even sent it all the way to his home in Edinburgh. My son was devastated because his favorite Star Wars toys and teddy were inside. This is top-notch customer service! Next time I'm at Newcastle Station, I'll come in to thank them in person. And by the way, that sausage roll I had last week was delicious too! Thank you to everyone at Greggs! Richard

I went to a restaurant for pizza but they had run out, so I had to settle for a cheese and onion pasty and a pink jammy. I was very disappointed! Additionally, the toilets smelled like mackerel and there was no restroom for individuals who do not identify as male or female. I identify as a 24 inch naval cannon, so where is the appropriate toilet facility for someone like me? I am extremely unhappy with my experience and would like a refund. If not, I may have to return armed next time.

I miss you 24 hour greggs (from glasgow) it's 1:30 in the morning and all I want is a greggs. I'm living in glasgow and none of the 27 greggs are open .

Popped in for a train treat and Greggs never disappoints with it's extensive treats at great value. It's always bust no matter what time.
