Food quality decreased drastically, portions were much smaller than they used to be, and got sick afterwards. also, there is usually a person loitering and occupying the tables even though they're not consuming anything. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I've given this place a few chances but they're always falling short. They can never seem to hear me in the drive through intercom. I'll tell them one thing and they'll put down something else. But the last straw today, was when I ordered through the app and specified I would pick it up at the counter. I tried this and they said I needed to pick it up via drive through. When I did this they claimed they had no record of the order so I ended up going home. The manager was not friendly during this interaction. This location needs better customer service training for their staff, and possibly a better intercom system so their employees can hear customers. If this is the closest location to you, I cannot stress how worth it it is to drive 5 extra minutes to the factoria location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Soooo many chances but they mess it up every time. This location should close.. it's honestly so worth it to drive to any other location. THEY MESS UP EVERY ORDER SO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING. When something gets messed up and you go to talk to them about it they are all so confused and always doubt that they got it wrong. It's old.
