Panera Bread - Newburyport

Poor communication with customers at the pickup window.

Much better than the Seabrook NH one which is extremely dirty and employees are miserable and rude. The one in Newburyport is clean, nice people to deal with and hard working. Many people have stopped going to Paneras in Seabrook. As a Uber driver I hear everything from customers.

One time I had their broccoli cheddar soup and then threw up not long after (puked from sun poisoning not the soup) and it tasted just as good coming back

This place has gone way down hill. The Mediterranean bowl was barely edible. The chicken is worse than McDonald’s. Even the hot chocolate tasted like the milk was bad. Really don’t
