Dunkin' - Newburyport

Service is bunk. Most miserable people I ever had take my order. I was in such a great mood until I walked in here. I rather get my coffee at 7-11 across the street. The young guy with the long hair and the girl with the shaved eyebrow. Stay clear

The restaurant offers high-quality products and provides fast, efficient, and accurate service that keeps the drive-through lines moving smoothly.

I only visited once, but the service was quick, which is rare since most Dunkin' locations are usually busy.

Today, I witnessed a group of extremely unhappy individuals at this restaurant. They were rude, disrespectful, throwing food, and condescending not only to me, but to another guest as well. This behavior was completely unacceptable. Every employee involved should be fired! To make matters worse, I was charged for a donut that I never received, was not provided with a receipt, and was then yelled at by four staff members. I will be reaching out to the general managers and supervisors to address this issue. Kevin's behavior was particularly embarrassing.

Dunkin Donuts is a popular chain restaurant. However, the quality of their coffee can be inconsistent. They seem to prioritize the appearance of their stores rather than consistently serving a good cup of coffee.
