Camp Hopson - Newbury

I was served by tiffany at jo malone and without doubt this was one of the best customer service experiences I ever had, if not the best. she was warm, friendly, committed and patient with me, as I did my shopping. her product knowledge was impeccable at the top of the bottom; window to wall and no question was too much, nor too silly. she is a good one for the organization, and it was a joy to help me with my last pieces Christmas shopping. it was my first time in business and as long as tiffany is there, it won't be the last! thank you again!

Good quality, top brand names inevitably with prices to match. Unobtrusive but helpful service. Wide range of products as expected from a department store.

Level entrance with lifts to all floors however some aisles are a bit narrow for wheelchairs. A ramp on the first has interesting historical information about the history of the store. Nice tearoom on the top floor serves tea, coffees and cakes.

Great food in the restaurant with VERY helpful staff. The only thing I don 't like is the restaurant 's name . . . . 'Angelicas!

My wife and I were very impressed with the service at the restaurant. The two ladies who attended to us were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our experience a true pleasure. I would definitely rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!
