Taco Bell - Newburgh

Okay, so I wanted to talk first about the girl in the car ride, mikie g it looks like on each other she was amazingly good and I wanted to try new chicken taco and she told me to get the with chipotle sauce and when she gave me my food I checked my order and she said no worries I checked everything for her and my new huh taco was not in the bag when I came home. I will probably forget to go back and get that there is.

Literally waited at the window for 15 minutes for a 12 pack of tacos and 2 other tacos. Waited while 3-4 employees were messing around with each other not working. My wife waited for 30 minutes the other day. Salsarita’s it is going forward.

TB app allowed order for pick up. Lobby closed because they didn’t have enough help. had to wait in drive thru for 40 minutes to get the order. Need to have to option to cancel order if they are not able to fulfill timely.

We came here at 8:30 and had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order. There was one worker who was doing everything for them. He even asked them multiple times to get our order.

Absolutely ridiculous. Could tell that something was off because the employees were snickering when I left and come to find out they gave me the wrong drink. Infuriating that the employee can’t just ask me for another option instead of me spending money on something that now I’m pouring down the drain. If only the managers cared, they would get a phone call. ?
