Fujiyama - Newbridge

I don’t usually do reviews, however this place is worth one! It was a little taste of heaven. The way the food was presented was so pretty and thoughtful. I have eaten Japanese food quite a bit in Australia and Dublin and this restaurant really does come at the top of the list. Just try and be mindful they are only open so availability and service is still working itself out, I would suggest booking in advance, myself and my husband were lucky to get a seat today (Saturday) as we were leaving people were waiting! It’s worth the wait though, seriously!

Was in their today with family .it was an amazing experience. Had platter for started between us all .fab .mains were fab .staff very helpful about menu etc .il def be back .

When your 1st time to their restaurant then they surprise us with their #onthehouse bdaytreat for our bday girl! Thank you soo much Fujiyama Newbridge! Sumptuous food and excellent staff. Can’t wait to return try more off the menu.

I went for lunch here twice recently and had delicious food, beautifully presented on both occasions. The bento boxes are amazing value if you 're really hungry or if you want to sample a variety of food. There are plenty of options for those less adventurous or vegetarian, as well as a good selection of more 'Japanese ' food such as sashimi and unusual vegetables. The staff are friendly and helpful if you need guidance. It 's great to have a good quality Japanese restaurant available locally without having to travel to Dublin!
