The Latin Flavor Lounge - Newark

I really likr the food, i think is the best in the area. The sancocho is delicious and the prices are very good and affordable. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. If you want some good puerto rican food give them a try.

First time coming here. The people who run the place are very friendly and I like the family oriented vibe. But the hookah was weak and I also felt extremely uncomfortable patronizing this place because there was a child hanging around who seemed to be part of the owner’s family. As an adult it is very unsettling being in the same place where there is a child running around in a mature establishment where there are adults smoking hookah and drinking. Unprofessional and extremely careless of the parent to expose a child to such environment. So for that reason, I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff and service here are excellent, making it one of my top go-to spots.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The hookahs here are the best in New Jersey, no question about it. Freddy, the hookah attendant, is a great guy. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.
