Round Table Pizza - Newark

Never write reviews, but had to! Ordered a X-Large pepperoni with extra cheese! Got home opened up the box to a disappointment of a pizza especially for being a Round Table Pizza! It looked over cooked (burnt), half looked like it had no cheese and barely any pepperoni! Their pizzas are on the pricier side too! Now I used a coupon, I don’t know if that had anything to do with it, which it should not…that’s just bad business! I paid for extra cheese, I got what looked like light to no cheese! I don’t know if it was a pizza that didn’t get picked up and they just reheated it to get rid of which resulted in a burnt and dry pizza! What ever it is, it’s just bad business! Honestly to push that out to a customer! And how shady to give it to me like that knowing I’m picking it up and probably won’t check it! Damn I feel like I have to check what I’m taking home now! Sad! I don’t know if I can honestly just blame the workers bc I doubt they are going to try and be that skimpy, or petty (bc of coupon) and if they are like that then damn to that too! At least don’t give customers an old reheated pizza or even if it was accidentally over cooked, come on fix the situation! Honestly don’t need a comment back, just do better! I just want to be able to get what I paid for!

I stopped in for lunch. Had the #1 lunch special, personal pizza, salad and a drink for $13.28 including tax. Nice salad bar to make you own salad with a good variety of fresh veggies. Pizza came out hot and was really good. Left full and happy with little damage done to the wallet. Dining room seating needs some attention. No one wants to sit on ripped vinyl seats.

This location does not pick up the phone and has horrible customer service Worst location ever

The food is ok but what I absolutely can't tolerate and that's why I give this rating is because the beer is hot and that really isn't tolerated, how bad it is I hope and they improve that if not it will be worse than how it is right now the place.

After being a loyal customer for several years, I 'm very disappointed at how they have been treating their customers lately. Messed up our orders a few times but today was our last time ordering from this location. We ordered online and pizza was supposed to be ready by 2:50pm, get there at 3:00pm and waited til 3:27pm and order was still not ready. Manager was no where to be found and the staff didn 't care about our issue and said it will be out shortly. Waited a bit more and now the order was no where to be found. They said they will remake it and it will be another 30 -40 mins. How does a pizza order go missing all of a sudden? Turns out several other people were also missing their orders, or they weren 't ready or the system deleted their orders. Called in again today to speak with a manager but manager is still missing. The Indian Lady answering the phone today greeted us with Hello! What do you want? This place needs a major overhaul ASAP. Mountain Mikes it is I guess....what a shame!
