Milk tea was good. They didn’t have taro and lychee jelly when I was there. I guess I’m going to another boba place to get my sugary water with black balls now.

Store employee was rude.The drink was good otherwise would have been 1 star

I came to this location today for the first time and ordered an iced brown sugar milk tea. There was hand sanitizer by the straws near the register and the cashier was helpful and patient with me fumbling around with my credit card. I asked for 25% ice but he put more than that. He asked if it was ok that he put more ice in before he sealed the cup and I said it was fine. Then while handing me the drink, he said he can make me another with less ice if I want. I thought that was pretty nice and unnecessary and declined his offer. The drink was delicious.

Very nice place with great tea all the time. Associates are friendly and the store is always clean.

I requested a sweet drink with adjustments, but unfortunately it was still too sweet. It's possible that the drink cannot be altered, but I was not informed before placing my order. What truly bothered me was that the person preparing my drink had long hair that was not tied back, which made me concerned about hair falling into my drink. Please remind your staff to keep their hair away from their faces.
