The food at this restaurant is microwaved, pre-portioned, and frozen. It is expensive and lacks authenticity, not truly representing Italian cuisine. Despite this, children enjoy it and it serves as a convenient alternative to cooking at home. You can also purchase a £25 bottle of wine to enjoy in your lodge, although you may finish it before your food arrives. The staff are friendly and have a sense of humor, helping to improve the overall dining experience.

The food and service were excellent. Our server, Jack, was extremely friendly and personable, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Despite our large party of 13, everything was served promptly and accurately. We had no complaints whatsoever.

I have never had such terrible Italian food before. I am surprised that this restaurant is still operating because it tastes like a pre-packaged meal from a supermarket.

Best food we had all weekend at Center Parcs. Our server Oliver was brilliant and couldn’t do enough and the other service provided from start to finish was great front of house and food server. Really great experience all round considering it was New Years Eve and very busy. My family and I had a great time so thank you to the staff.

One star for the friendly male waiter, the other female waitress struggled to smile. £30 per head for the worst food. Olives with no cocktail sticks, 5 tiny dough balls, Butternut squash risotto was like a bowl of soup, most definitely the worst risotto I’ve ever had. A pint of beer arrived and we had to ask for it to be filled up as mostly froth. The white wine was warm and the bottle was left on the table with no cooler. The restaurant itself was like a canteen rather than a nice evening meal out. We will not be returning and wish we’d not bothered as the bill was expensive!
