Pat's Pizza Family Restaurant - All Delaware Locations

This is our regular place to order pickup for the last 20 years. the pick-up window Drive-Thru is a great comfort. order online is easy and they get great discounts when they often order. the personal is always polite and fast. eating is consistently good. we get the cheese steaks, pommes and pizza and every job we've ever got was perfect. my father would get the fish plate from here, he always loved it.

My favorite restaurant of pat! they give them a large amount of food for a cheap price. I also enjoy their reward program. excellent customer service!

I ordered a pizza from this location and no where on their website does it say that the particular pizza I ordered comes with pepperoni. I called to speak with someone to see if I could get a new pizza or a refund and the woman who answered started yelling at me and telling me that I should know exactly how they make their pizza. They made a mistake and refused to rectify it. I have never been treated so horribly by a company. My friends and employees will not be returning.

I went here to pick up my order through the drive thru on sunday the 4th around 3:20, and i sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before being helped. the young worker came to the window with an attitude and was just nasty then i ended up waiting another 5-10 minutes before she returned with my food. i will never go to this pats again with the poor customer service

I order a pepperoni pizza today for lunch. I Was not pleased because the pepperoni placed on the pizza was like they were doing me a favor. And the pizza was under cooked.
